PanPastel 10 Colour Set - Painting Set

So easy to use and a great finish

I've just started with pastels again after 20 years, because of the inovations with papers and materials. This set is great...all you need to begin with as they blend to give a vast array of colours. Covering large areas quickly is easy with the recommended Sofft tools. Also great for blocking in areas or underpainting subjects before detailing with sticks or pastel pencil....they work well under coloured pencil too. Love them and will be buying more.

They are amazing for background work and fur. So smooth, very blendable just excellent.

I'm happy with my purchase, and the product arrived in good condition. Although the box was way too big for the item, and it was rattling around inside due to lack of any padding to fill the space.I like the basic colours and have just started to play with mixing, but it is unlikely that some of the garish secondary colours will ever get fully used. So I do hope that they will not just languish in a draw.Panpastels are not cheap, and are currently being promoted by several contemporary pastel artists, many have their own sets. None of which have colours I would fully use.However for me, a more useful and less wasteful starter set would include with two reds, two blues, two yellows, black, white, burnt umber or sienna, and a colourless blender.

I only read the reviews on the quality of these and didn't realise how poor the packaging would be. I've waited weeks for these to arrive and today they did... in a bag with absolutely no protective wrapping. Several broken. These will be returned immediately. This is obviously a company that has little interest in customer service or satisfaction. Never seen such disregard for consumers. And it's such an expensive product too.

These are great value if bought when they are a sensible price, I paid £36 although I’ve seen them on here for £59, so hopefully out as the price goes up and down!This set has a great colour range, I draw wildlife pictures and chose this as my starter pack as I transitioned from colour pencils to pastels.They blend really well and you can cover a background quickly! I use them with my Pitt pastel pencils to get details.

I can recommend these Pan pastels highly...Rich vibrant colors with a velvety smooth consistency. If you are a Pastel Artist these are a must have. The only drawback as far as I am concerned is the stacking system they use. The bottom of one Pastel is the top of the other, making picking out the color you want a bit of a bother. Each Pan pastel really should have its own lid. Yes, you can purchase them separately but you really shouldn't have to do that...

Al verlos en oferta los compré sin pensarlo dos veces. No me arrepiento, porque tras ellos, me hice de otros sets para complementar mi gama de colores. Son fantásticos, tienen muy buenos pigmentos, excelente cobertura, y son fáciles de usar para gente que, como yo, no tiene estudios de arte. Ojalá encontrara esa oferta en otros artículos de dibujo y pintura!

Bellissimi! Si tratta di una base di pastello secco sfumature a mano o con gli specifici sfumini. Molto utile per realizzare le basi a pastello.

Prachtige kleuren Panpastel met wit mooie pastel tinten van te maken.Ik ben softpastel krijt van de duurdere merken gewend maar vindt de Panpastel lastiger werken maar je wordt minder vies en op pastel mat van clairfontaine zeker mooi te verwerken zonder krijtstof🤪

Me parece interesante este tipo de pinturas.
