As this said cartridge paper I was expecting a slightly thicker paper with a course texture. The paper is thicker than standard A4 copier paper but smooth. Not sure if it will take watercolours, and not pastel friendly.My only criticism is the packaging it came in a flexible thin plastic bag, so by the time it reached me the corners were bent and the book had been folded in half to put through the post box - so it is now curved down the centre. I will not be mean so 4/5 stars as this is a product review and not a packaging review (which I would give 2/5 for as it was waterproof)

Nice Price for a basic sketch book. The cover is just held on with a couple of staples and is easily torn off. they paper is not heavyweight but better than standard note book paper and nice to draw on with pencil or pen. Ideal really for my kids and great value for the price I paid.

Great for the money. Not many pages. Which for my daughter is great so she can keep themed drawings together. You get what you pay for.

Paper quality good, but arrived very creased, poor condition. We'd bought as part of a birthday gift but they are not good enough for gifts. Fine if you are buying for your own use/pocket money etc.

I should give it five stars, it's good paper, works well with water colour pencils but floppy books aren't that easy for quick sketching, It is what it is and it does that very well.

Great wee sketch books for the kids. They go through so much paper that a sketch book is much better these days. Great quality paper and while the ciber is a little thin, it's not a problem for drawing at a table or desk.
