Calcium & Vitamin D3 360 Tablets by Tablet Bargains

I've bought these to help with PMS symptoms and vitamin D deficiency and I'm very impressed by them. These tablets are good for those looking to protect their bone health, or those ladies that have hormonal imbalances or PMS (try using B6 too). However there's not enough vitamin D to replace any deficiency, only to maintain good levels.They are the same size as previous supplements I've bought (20mm x 10mm x 4mm), but despite their large size, they are smooth and easy to swallow. Two tablets provides 800mg calcium and 5micrograms (200iu) of vitamin D3, which is the recommended daily amount - this is the same as the brand I used to buy from the high street, but a little less vitamin D than one other, but far more expensive brand I have bought off amazon.I love that they come in a bag, because I have lots of vitamin pots which I can reuse like the one in the picture (please Tablet Bargains, stock more vitamins like this - makes me very happy environmentally). They have a long expiry date (mine is December 2018) and arrived quickly and very well packaged. I have problems swallowing these so will have to dispose of them and purchase differently. They are HUGE and not coated. I have tried crushing them, taking singly - but nothing helps.
