Alright, I normally do not write reviews but I think this one deserves one. So when I ordered the bag, I made a mistake and ordered the wrong color, when I asked them to change it, they did it immediately. So customer service was really helpful and good.About the bag it self, I have used the bag for almost 2 weeks and I love it. It's a good bag for the price. Has a lot of space for everything you want to carry and more, if you buy the big one. The small one is good as well but for me the big one is the best because I take it to work everyday. One thing I could like them to add on the bag, is a small pocket on the right straps for the bus pass. Now I know there is a small pocket on the left side of the bag where you can put the pass, but when ever I want to take it out, I have to take my bag half off, it is not the end of the world, but it could help to have the small pocket on the right straps. So I am gonna make a custom pocket for it hope it works out xD.I do recommend this bag for students, and also for people that goes to work everyday with there laptop, it is really comfortable and most of the time when you are walking with, you do not even know that you have a bag on your back.

I love it. The back is really soft you can hardly feel it. The material at the back is breathable. The material at the front is nice to the touch - firm yet not coarse. It really is waterproof I tested it at home. We tried to brake in the bag while it was on my bag - conclusion: Unless someone tilts it off your back or takes it off completely there is no way to pickpocket it. You would just feel it. It really is anti theft.Arrived a week earlier than expected. I was really pleased with the shipping. I got the 17 inch one and it is a bit bigger than I imagined but it fits my laptop. The only downside of it that I could find was if you are carrying the bag only on one shoulder, as I tend to do at times, the handle starts getting in the way and it kind of irritates but that isn't a major flaw.I love the extra back pockets ... they are big enough for two phones and my keys. The side pocket is very big and extremely useful for bus cards and if you'd like it can fit your phone as well.It fits a fair but of stuff in it. It is quite spacious.Overall I am happy with the bag.

I've been using my bag for couple of days now and I am in love! It's light, holds everything I need to carry and though i don't use it to carry laptops, I wouldn't see why it wouldn't. I hesitated to buy it at first as I suffer from a back pain due to a former injury yet the middle fabric connection between the two handles manage to balance the weight and that helps a lot for me. Other than me hoping for it to have another secret pocket on the back for more small items, I have nothing to complain about. It also hold strong to heavy rain so that's sure effective.

I got the bigger size, it's a good product and may be more suitable for others because for me, it is too big for my liking, especially the width. Might be okay for a tall man but i'm a small girl so it looks a bit ridiculous on me. Below are the pros and cons:PROS:*slim-looking from the side which is good*strong external material with lots of padding making it comfortable to wear*flap hides zip but if the bag is heavier, I can imagine the flap exposing the zip as many have saidCONS:*very large in height, not suitable for shorter people*zips are not smooth*colour is NOT grey/black, more like dark grey - don't like this as it doesn't go with my black jacketOverall, sturdy product, just unfortunately not for me.

Really good backpack exactly as described, I needed a new bag as I am walking a couple of miles to work with a laptop and also need to carry gym kit and lunch. Everything fits really well and the internal pockets are roomy. There is also elastic straps inside to keep a shirt or trousers in neatly. The shoulder straps are comfortable and due to their curved style don’t slip off, I have recently had a shoulder operation so needed straps that were padded and wouldn’t go over the scar.The padding on the back is good to protect my laptop and comfy on my back when walking.Have been caught in a shower of rain and Had no issues with water ingress, fingers crossed it will stay waterproof in heavier weather.I like the colour and the reflective piping stands out.

I bought this backpack to take to Amsterdam with me as I wanted something substantial that not only would carry all my stuff for a weekend away but also was the kind of backpack that I wouldn't have to be paranoid about in large crowds.PROS:The straps are like heaven. My friend brought a cheap rucksack and although hers was substantially lighter than mine, it tore in to my shoulders and felt 1000x heavier. With mine it didn't even feel like I had a rucksack on!Pockets pockets pockets! There are sooooo many pockets in this bag and it's excellent! I'm known for always carrying extra stuff and the pockets meant I could keep everything in a sensible place.Luggage strap. I love the suitcase style elastic strap that comes in the front side of the bag. Great for holding clothes up when you want to get something out!CONSThe colour selection was odd. I ordered the black one and what actually came was a dark, mottled grey. I didn't mind it but I think if I'd specifically chosen the black one for the colour I'd have been disappointed!The handle at the top is a little uncomfortable. If you have any weight to it and are holding it by the handle it can be painful. The hole is very small and can cut in to you if held like this for a period of time (for example when I went round the Anne frank house you cannot wear your backpacks. You have to carry them)OVERALL I am impressed with the backpack and am happy with my purchase. It survived a very busy weekend in Amsterdam and was super comfy when on my back.
