Arrived today, plugged it in, dropped my yotaphone 2 on it, up came the green light, and rapid charging on, this is glass out as it happens (have heard on others that you must go glass down, but it doesn't work that way. Seamless and elegant. Plugged the little iPhone IQ patch on my iPhone 6, put the existing case back on, and plonked it on, again works first time, no fiddling around trying to find a 'sweet spot' like so many report on other devices. Really good piece of kit.

Unlike other reviewers I've been unable to position my nexus or my phone correctly to get a green light, it persistently flashes blue. I will therefore be returning this. Extremely disappointed.Added: having spoken to supplier turns out my phone wasn't compatible which was not clear in description. Please check before buying to avoid disappointment

Having just upgraded to a Samsung S8 I wanted to make sure that I didn't ruin it by plugging leads in and out on a daily basis. This handy charger is amazing, and I simply sit my phone on it (either way round so I can watch movies at the same time too) and it does exactly what it is meant to do.I would recommend turning it off for the times you don't need it to ensure safety, as with all chargers, but I use it in the office all day as I don't want it in the bedroom at night on charge. My partner uses his at night in the bedroom to charge overnight.It is a smart charge so stops when the battery is full.

Have two of these - one for at Home and one for the office. Work like a dream, only negative is that they don't charge *as* fast as the standard fast charger than I got with my S8+ but nice to have on the desk and not have to faff with wires.

Originally bought for daughters Lumia 950 phone after seeing how effective and functional it was bought a second one for my Samsung S6 phone. Great value and easy to use.

Noy really a fast charger

Very basic and not that well made. The pictures look much better than the charger in real life. Spend a bit more and get an official one.

Update, possibly defective unit , refund issued so now I'm pleased. Nearly twice slower to charge edge 7 and note 5 then my other 2 different wireless chargers yet claimed 1.4x faster then.others . Plugged in to adapter that shows current consumption and only was drawing 1.1A on same cable and took 5h to charge from 20% yet other 2 takes ~1.8A and takes just under 3h to charge.
