Returned as although product is black the base was brown

Wow, amazing bit of kit. I was a bit surprised at how small it was at first but it's ideal for one cup of super frothy capuchino coffee. When we first turned it on the on button was held down slightly too long and we stood there waiting for the non existent red light to show that we had hot frothy milk, no light appeared so we took the top off to find we had frothy milk but it was cold! Back to the booklet, read carefully, try again, but with a shorter stab at the on button, this time the display showed red and blue, Woo Hoo success, the little thing hummed quietly to itself and the foam level rose higher and higher, blue light turned off and the red light dutifully flashed for the required time. Tipped out the milk but the foam stayed put lol. It had the consistency off a very soft marchmallow but was still delicious scooped on top of my expresso coffee ( curtesy of my Nespresso coffee machine)Nice touch with the chocolate stencilsGood size for one cup luxury coffee, easy clean, hassle free (just don't hold the on button too long)

Nice and frothy but not as hot as I would like

Initially this frother worked really well but past few months it’s been intermittent and stopped heating.Today my wife turned it on, the light on the switch flashed yellow and the unit popped and smoke came out of the bottom.This tripped my electrics.Do not buy! Dangerous!

I no longer use this for heating as it doesn't warm the milk enough, and yet burns the milk around where the element is - which is also hard to clean.I now warm the milk before and then thicken using this, (with the attachment that doesn't have a whisk). It's annoying, but provides the best result for latte's and Flat White at home without proper equipment.Not a great product. But then i found the same problem with the more expensive Nespresso equivalent.

Great easy to use. First had the most amazing coffee at a very expensive hair salon. Have been going for years and spending a fortune at the salon each time so assumed this is why i had such luxury coffee and i was let into a secret, they use normal jar coffee, froth this milk up in this, and then sprinkle drinking chocolate over top

Disappointed that the heat-and-froth facility doesnt have greater capacity, otherwise very happy

I ordered 2 of these, one for myself and one for a friend. One of them just flat out didn't work, so we had to order another one. And the other one has just stopped working after 4 uses. It simply refuses to froth and burns the milk. When it does froth the milk, it is great but it is clearly a cheaply-made machine with parts that don't last
