No matter how much variety of volume tried, they simply did not work. The only sound was the screech of feedback when inserting in ear. Prompt full refund from Amazon.

It's brilliant. It has changed my social life. Now I hear what other saying in pub atmosphere.

These were small but so are the batteries and I think would be expensive to keep charged

The items wouldn't work when the battery cover was fully closed. Constant 'hissing' no matter what volume setting was selected. Overall very disappointing. Never given one star to any item before, but as this item is classified as an enhancing in ear hearing device, it doesn't fulfil the description, and with faulty battery door/covers, I had no other choice.

OK these are not a 3000 digital hearing aid which my last one was, that stopped working and guess what the company has gone bust no more, I could go to another company for it to be fixed but costs a lot. So thought I would try these and I am surprised how good they are for the price they enable me to hear other people and can join in conversations, the batteries last quite well and are cheap the buy, as I said at the beginning you can't compere these to expensive ones set to your own hearing level but for the price they are brilliant, I only use one of them which is OK for me. Just don't expect too much from them.

It is difficult to fit into the ear due to it's size in width. Volume is easily adjusted but got to be taken out of the ear and placed back. This means every time you need to adjust the volume due to change of the environment around you, you must take them out and readjust the volume. Increasing the volume gives unwanted extra background noise and you end up hearing yourself speaking more than the actual sound you wanted to hear. I used these for one month and stopped. I will be looking for better quality ones.

For the price ? Brilliant.The next generation will be awesome.3 things I found could be improved.1 . My ears have different levels of deafness. So need different volumes. So each could be marked left and right ( I tapped a red marker pen on my right 😉)2 the volume adjustment is a little fiddly. Especially with bad eyes like mine lol3. The volume levels I need can result in distortion. So takes some fine tuning.All in all they are great for the price. I had NHS ones ( back of ear) for 4/5 years I wore about 4/5 times . . I could hear whats behind me but not in front .and kids squeeling . No way. If you made mistake of cupping hand to ear they would feedback.Now these are great for using your own ear as a direction finder. You can cup hand to ear with no feedback.When you put them in you will get a little squeeling of feedback but stoos as soon as inserted and finger removed.All in all they are BRILLIANT for the price. I am glad I bought them 👏👏👏👏.

Per il loro prezzo non ci si aspetta chissà quali prestazioni. Ma qui siamo sotto la soglia del minimo accettabile.. ho aspettato settimane per recensire. Nelle istruzioni c'era scritto che bisognava abituarcisi.. il problema è che proprio non funzionano, fischiano a qualsiasi livello di volume le si mettano.. e dopo poco tempo una già non funzionava più.

Unboxed the product and the included batteries were dead. So I purchased size10 batteries. The smallest rubber ear cap was still too big for my ear. There was excessive feedback even though I kept twisting and reseating them. The distorted sound it produced is awful. I watched TV and the sound was all garbled. I yanked them off!! I just found this product is NON-REFUNDABLE!! So I’m out the money for the product AND the batteries. I picked this set because it was listed as Buy Again, but it is NOT the same style and doesn’t work the same. I’m out the money. Very disappointed!!

Totaler Ausschuss, staendig es Geräusch Pfeifton und Tobklang eine Katastrophe. Nicht zu empfehlen, hoffe auf Ruecknahme.

Ne fonctionne plus au bout de 3 jours d'utilisation !On entend des parasites, et des sifflements, c'est très désagréable !

Quien busque una solucion a una sordera, aunque sea pequeña, este no es un producto adecuado. Si aumenta los ruidos y los pitidos en el oido, ademas de escucharte a ti mismo en sobre volumen y eco. Pero sobre todo la pestaña que recoge la pila, es muy incomoda en el ajuste al oido, incluso hace daño. Lo unico ilusorio es el precio. NO ES RECOMENDABLE EN NINGUN CASO Y SI NO ESTAS CONFORME NO LO PUEDES DEVOLVER. Asi que mejor otras alternativas y seguir tirando dinero si no sirven.Al final me atendieron y ni me lo recogieron, si me devolvieron mi dinero GRACIAS
