I love this.I don't seem to like the pills as much.I feel better when I take the liquid.Maybe it's better absorbed.

As it’s a liquid it’s easy to take. We take it religiously in the winter and so far have been keeping well. Fast delivery.

I’ve only started taking this yesterday so I’m not sure about its effects yet. However, one thing that’s strange is that, this tastes like nothing to me? The orange flavour is so subtle, you won’t be able to tell. But the texture, consistency, etc. - this is so light? Almost like I’m tasting nothing!? Is it just me?

Great supplement, easily mixed in to water with no bad taste. 5000IU's is enough to get most deficiencies resolved in a few months, then a lower dose (half a pippet is 2500IU's) may be suitable for most. I have notived I sleep better and my anxiety/stress feels much redeuced after a few weeks on this.Always choose Vit D3 vs. Vit D2 as is much safer, Vit D3 is produced by the body on exposure to the sun, unlike Vit D2 which has to be converted and is not made by the body. In fact it was observed lower life expectancy on those taking D2 vs D3!Reasonably priced, works well. Recommended.

Received this product very quickly. The dropper has 1/2 and 1ml markings, making it easy to determine dosage - 1/2ml = 2,500iu and 1ml = 5000iu. respectively Since most of us are deficient in D3, especially during the winter months, it makes sense to supplement. I have fibromyalgia/myofascial pain syndrome and since adding this to my supplement regime, I've noticed a real improvement. I had also been taking Magnesium, another commonly deficient mineral, as well as Vitamin B12 but had not experienced much improvement in pain/energy levels until I took the D3, which seems to have been the catalyst. Before supplementing with D3 I had tennis elbow and this has now melted away and ascribe this to the supplement combination.I would recommend this as a general supplement but would also encourage those with Fibro, or other pain syndromes, to experiment with Vitamin D3, particularly in combination with Magnesium citrate and B12..
