Will it record noisy neighbours through wall

This is not a voice recorder, it has a sim card in it . You would need to ring the sim card number as you would call a normal phone and if your phone has the call recorder built into your phone then you will be able to record it on your phone. I have not tried to record through walls, you might at the most get sound but whether you get clear loud voices, I don't know You could simply use your phone to record by turning on the Voice Recorder app built into your phone Hope this helps

When im calling the number its rings like a dead number ive charged it for 6 hours and put the sim in and i called the number its saying its not valid

Pop the same sim in a phone and try ringing it, or put it in a phone and send a message to any other number using the sim you intend using in that device
