Good price but erection instructions not very clear. Managed to trap 19 squirrels over the past year or so. Needs to be baited cleverley. I used 3 unsalted peanuts or cashews, one just inside the entrance, one on the trap trigger plate, and one the far side of the plate. However birds and mice can steal without setting off, so then I used larger nuts in their casing. Super successful.

This is the second one I have purchased leave it out in the wilds to lose all scent before setting trap cover with a bit of foliage

In my opinion a bit "Heath Robinson" in construction. Arrive as a collapsed item. Some of the components seen remarkably flimsy, others rather hefty for the purpose. Setting the trap is very much like my other one, but the rod connecting the trap plate to the door is external and the mechanism is not as sensitive as I believe, it should be. Unfortunately, the item is assembled using strange "clip" as a hinge - this gives a rather wobbly external frame which can distort, impeding the door mechanism. I also found that the trap was unnecessarily long (the dimensions stated are correct - this was my oversight).Would not buy again

Robust, portable and functional humane trap. Setup is not immediately obvious and does require reference to the instructions (included). Works well in practice - dependant in the bait you add!

So far I have no dislikes, and I am pretty sure it will be a succcess

Yes caught the squirrels in the attic

The trap is not good enough, the bloody squirrel sits on the plate and eats the nuts and walks out.
