I bought a pale blue one a year ago. The dial broke and is now unusable. Contacted them but no response as would like to replace outside only.

So how does it work if it doesn't have a timer? Confused

Can anyone advise on how long (and on what setting) it would take to cook 1kg of beef topside (fairly well done).
