I have been taking these for one week and have just ordered the probiotics from the same company. It's too early to tell if they work as taking them for hormonal problems. However, the recommended dose seems low compared to some other suppliers of maca so I contacted Lindens, asking if I could take more than one tablet a day, via their website and again on Amazon but am annoyed that they haven't responded, so basically I recommend their products so long as you don't need to ask them any questions You'll be fine, hence 4 stars. Customer service rubbish!

This review is actually my husbands opinion of the Maca tablets, and the five star rating is based on his thoughts about them. He originally bought some from a high street store, at double the price, as he had read they can help perimenopausal symptoms. When I had run out of the ones he bought me I searched for another supplier, that were not so expensive. I have now been taking Maca for a couple of months, and if I am being honest, I do not feel any different. My husband, however, thinks that my mood swings have almost disappeared and he is definitely putting it down to these tablets. I will be ordering more of them, perhaps over a little more time I will feel or see the improvement my husband does.

Bought for my libido,but I cant see any changes,maybe needed stronger ones..

I bought this after suffering with large, painful cysts in my breasts. Within a week and a half, the lumps had reduced, and the pain was completely gone. It hasn't made me lose any weight, but I didn't buy it for that. I will definitely use this all the time to keep my hormones in check.Update: I stopped taking these during covid as I was trying to cut costs, but have now had to buy them again due to peri menopause symptoms. In just a few days I noticed that my libido is through the roof again and it has again reduced the pain in my boobs. Hoping that after a few weeks it will also help with the mood swings. Why did I ever come off them? 😂

Absolutely brilliant! These really make a difference...improves my mood tremendously! Going through menopause and have been all over the place, depressed, angry, sad but these really lift me, I stopped taking them for a while and my mood plummeted, I didn't realise how much of a difference these made to me till I stopped taking them, I've been so so down without them...I will never stop using them again! Brilliant!!!! An absolute necessity in my life :)
