I havent had the mirror very long but i can base my review on what my experience has been so far. I use it twice a week for about 15mims each time.I was initially looking for an electrical lighted mirror but was having trouble finding one with right specs. I bought this mirror as i needed an illuminated mirror fairly quick. On first impressions i didnt expect much from it because it was battery operated...however i have been pleasantly surprised and now see it for what it DOES offer1. Lightweight - yes it would be nice to have sturdy mirror that you cant knock off counters etc but because its light it will make a great travel companion. A very handy feature2. Its a very good size - sleek size and shape. Clean design and you can see your whole face in it. What more do you need?3. The lights are bright - the lights are evenly dotted around the rectangular frame and are white not yellow or otherwise. They are bright. I am unable to say how long the batteries last as i have only it a couple of times yet.4. Handy swivel - It is not fixed, it indeed does tilt. This is handy too5. Its really low priced - self explanatoryFor what it is (a battery operated, illuminated mirror) its great. Its probably not going to work for you if.....1. You are a heavy-duty user - An electrical one may be best for you2. You want a showpiece for your dresssing table - Its not going to be part of your decor...its a practical tool3. You want magnification - There is only the 1x view4. You want fog free - yes it fogsThe only change i would make to the mirror is that i would add fog free glass and put the price up accordingly. It would be perfectly reasonable to pay more for that. No other complaints. Thanks.

Very satisfied. A great mirror, clear glass, good size, not at all distorted, gives the perfect amount of light from the led bulbs. I particularly ordered it as was larger than other illuminated mirrors and was going to put it in the guest room on a surface where there was no electricity plug - this mirror is battery operated. In fact it is so good, I now have it in my bedroom instead and will buy another one for my guest room!Ideal for makeup applications in dimly lit rooms, I also bought a small magnifying mirror with suction cups which I put on the edge of this mirror so I have a total solution. I preferred this option as other illuminated mirrors tended to be smaller. This was by far the best solution and I am very happy with my purchase.

This is an ideal solution for a dimly lit room. The mirror is a compact and light weight size and is ideal for travelling but is big enough for makeup.Brightness:The brightness can be adjusted to suit different rooms. The brightest setting is extremely bright and dazzles your eyes a bit too much. It came with some simple instructions on how to operate the lights, which were handy.Batteries:The batteries that came with the product look like a cheap and generic brand but time will tell how long they last. They can easily be replaced with any other aa batteries.Design:The stand is adjustable to different angles. It did take a lot of force to push the mirror hard enough into the base to assemble it and it's very hard to remove the mirror from the base as well which might be an inconvenience when flat packing for travel.Appearance wise, it looks very nice on my dressing table and has a Hollywood glamour feel to it's appearanceThis is a great thing to have in dimly lit rooms, or just to get extra precision when applying your makeup!

Absolutely fantastic vanity mirror - very stylish and the little tray at the bottom front is sooo practical Solved all the issues I had re. lack of lighting too - the LED lights are superb and massively effective; I can finally apply my eyeliner with precision, rather than 'aiming' at my eyelids whilst hoping for the best, which used to leave me looking like a panda bear on occasion. Fantastic value for money as well, at around 50% of the price for what a comparable (but less stylish) item would have cost me on the high street.

I was looking for a plain-old, one-sided mirror, to stand on my bathroom windowsill. Couldn't find what I wanted anywhere; either the bases were too big, or the mirror was double-sided or too small. After spending ages trawling the Internet, I saw this mirror on Amazon and it seemed like it would be OK, but I didn't think I really needed the lights. However, it's brilliant and the whole family loves it. It comes with batteries and instructions, and the two parts slot easily together. The mirror easily moves to the angle you require. I like the way the lights can be dimmed or brightened and they make such a difference when I am putting on my make-up on this dull, winter mornings. I love it!
