The 2 speed button is hard to start when I need it but the reel was great holds a lot of line.

FAILED DRAG SYSTEM + WILL NOT SHIFT FROM LOW TO HIGH GEAR. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIABLE
I gotta admit that I regreat buying this reel so, I'll stick w/ my Avets, Penns and Okuma reels.ON A RECENT LONG RANGE TRIP, I GAVE THIS REEL A TRY:WHILE GRINDING ON AN AVERAGE BLUEFIN TUNA, THE DRAG SYSTEM FAILED + REEL WOULD NOT SHIFT BETWEEN LOW AND HIGH GEARS WHILE ON A FISH.TO DATE, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BEEN VERY SLOW TO REPLY...(DAYS AT LEAST) AND TO EVEN GET ANY WARRENTY WORK APPROVED, ONE MUST CREATE AND SUBMIT A VIDEO OF THE PROBLEM W/ DETAILED EXPLAINATION OF PROBLEMS.11.05.2023 UPDATE:Gomexus Customer service has since responded with positive results and has replaced (hassel free) the flawed RA600 reel with a new reel. I did send back the flawed reel.Thank you Gomexus for honoring your warranty.

product was open and no manual
Looks like a good value for the money. Reel looks nice and will be using soon, but reel came in an empty box, you can tell i was a repack. No instruction manual or how to register for warranty.

Beautiful peace of equipment
The two center Phillies head screws in the center of the seat protrude a 32ed of an inch. You need to remove them and counter sink them deeper. Wonderful smuth drag. I put 550 yds of 100 lb brad on, I think it would hold 600 yds but I like a little space lift on my spools. The gap between the frame and spool looked big. 100 and 80 lb brad won’t go through. 65 lb brad will slide through that gap. On a beer budget with a champagne appetite super deal.

Low speed won't engage.
The media could not be loaded. Super nice looking. Smooth operation. Unfortunately mine right out of the box did not function correctly. High speed works. Low speed gear won't engage correctly. See video. I need a reel asap. Not gonna hassle with figuring this one out! I just returned it instead.

Clicker broke on first fish
Looks good and reals very well but the clicker broke on the first fish we hooked on it. Outside of return window so now I have a reel you can’t hear. Not a lot of good when trolling grrrrr

Great real for the money
Purchased the RA600 reel. Worked as expected, very smooth operation, lever drag worked great, provided handle functions great. The first trip out I landed a 30 and 70 lb bluefin and it never missed a beat.

Haven’t been able to use the reel yet but the quality of the product looks and feels very good.
Will be using this reel on the Sea of Cortez.
