Good looking one

I adore this watch its retro but so elegant probably due to the size of it which on a ladies wrist looks beautiful. My boyfriends now wants 1 (a male version) lol. I've had compliments wearing it (I wear it daily) for work also & it stays put & looks great. The best feature is you can adjust it.. I'm sure I saw a review stating they needed to go to a jewellers to adjust it.... You don't!!!! The watch very cleverly has a little catch you can adjust it to the size you require on your wrist! For the price also in comparison to elsewhere is awesome.. I nearly purchased this for £30 on Asos! Also a review stated after wearing for sometime the gold began rubbing off on the inside.... The inside of the watch is actual silver so this is false! Great watch.. great price!!xx

I really love this simple and easy to use watch. Bought it for day to day use because my other watch is very expensive and it does the job perfectly. I also love the stopwatch, timer and alarm functions.

This was a terrible disappointment. It's quite pretty. Although the band is flimsy compared to the watch, only the wearer would know that. But setting it up is a nightmare. I had to check on YouTube to work out how to adjust the band. It's not difficult but there are no instructions. (And you can't detach the surplus so you are left with a long bit of band underneath). However the instructions on setting date, time, alarm and so on, and how to then make the time display your default, are completely impenetrable. The tiny instruction booklet means that you need a strong light and, ideally, a magnifying glass to read it anyway. Then you discover it's not worth the effort. The English is often really old-fashioned bad . (Even the title of the booklet is MODULE No 3191 rather than MODEL No..... (And in any case surely that's not the model number?) Doesn't inspire confidence from the start. The sequence of instructions within is not logical (you would not want to set the alarm first?) And it darts about between topics as well. Plus they're often so condensed that they're unintelligible. If you love fiddling about with technology and making things work then this might be OK. But if you just want a watch that will work within 15 minutes of opening the box then forget it. Very sadly I am chucking mine in the bin (what a waste of money) and will go off to a proper shop with a real person. Or buy online from a company who vet their suppliers and have decent customer services.

I bought this watch because I am a student who works in labs a lot. I bought it specifically for timing reactions and just keeping track of my time in the lab, since I can be a slow worker. However, instead of buying any old watch, I opted for this one because a) I hate the feeling of a bulky watch on my wrist and b) I wanted a watch that looked nice like jewelry and could be worn outside of the lab. (I usually wear fake gold jewelry, so I wanted it to match). First of all, it is a great, functional watch. You can set an alarm, the date, the time, all the basic watch necessities. Only thing is it does not light in the dark (as many digital watches do), but that's not very important to me. Secondly, it is stunning. A beautiful, elegant colour, combined with the small size makes it very elegant and easy to style. No more feeling like you have to compromise style to have the practicality of a digital watch (I specify digital bc many digital watches end up looking like G-shocks, meaning sporty. You can find lots of chic analogue watches). I've gotten compliments on it once in a while, and it generally fits with what I wear on a daily basis. It is slim enough that I could even place a small bracelet or two around or next to the watch. Thirdly, it is very comfortable. I absolutely detest feeling like my wrist is confined in a thick wristband (esp those rubber/silicone ones that make your wrist sweat) and constantly rubbing against the big watch head (you can constantly feel it). You can even adjust the size! That is a huge plus, and it's not like normal watches that have the "belt" like holes, you can adjust it to the mm. It stays in place, and is very easy to put on quickly, even though there is a small learning curve to using the clasp. Overall, I love this watch so much, I wear it almost everywhere and all the time. I am not a watch person at all, but this thing is great. It's practical, beautiful, comfortable and, best of all, affordable. What's not to like?
