This bottle comes with its protective sleeve and a brush/bottle cleaner (two heads which can be replaced).VERY nice looking clear glass - bottle - metal/silvery top (comes with a plastic 'stopper ring' which fits VERY snugly into the lid (To prevent leaks if it gets tipped over). The glass - initially is a bit difficult to get used to! BUT - mind you I am coming off 'plastic bottles' and switched over to glass so it WILL Be more thick at the 'mouth' of the bottle.VERY good quality and LOVE LOVE LOVE That it came with the bottle cleaner/brush that it did!! OH I do love this!(I'd give this in a 'gift hamper' tbh!! wonderful!!) Highly recommend (I got the 550 ml - grey - clean, simple, very good quality all the way around!!) (Minimal packaging!! very nice all the way around!! :) ) get one! lol

First item received had an issue, the material on the case was badly frayed. This was replace quickly by the seller. The review is of the replacement item, which was in perfect condition.The item is very well made, from what appears to be quality and durable materials. I've been using it for a month and it still looks brand new. The lid closes easily and securely.The item came with some cleaning tools, which seemed like an unnecessary use of plastic to me, but appreciate it is difficult to clean the inside with a normal sponge.Would recommend.

Great product without a doubt, and looks slick in the office.... plus, as its glass less plastic bits going into my body when drinking water.Just wanted to give a 5star shout out to customer service who sent me a replacement. After using it a few years the neck of the bottle somehow cracked. But customer service just sent me a new one again, so super happy to keep going and keep hydrated.Thank you.

I bought this bottle and have had all sorts in it from homemade smoothies kept in the fridge to hot water for tea and it's still here. The lid seal is good, there's been no leaks or no spills. The included sleeve prevents heat to hands when filled with hot water. Obviously it's glass so if you drop it, it could break but the glass is quite thick and sturdy in the hand. Due to the narrow shape of the bottle at the top it can be tricky to clean but a very minor issue overall. Stores around 2-3 cups full of liquid. Would recommend to buy, good value.

Great quality only 4 stars because the silicone seal has a habit of falling out when used.

I purchased a small size a few years ago. As other reviewers say, water tastes better and I like the bottle very much. This summer it is very hot and for my work the small size is not enough so I purchased a bigger size.A good bottle like another one! Highly recommended!
