Disappointed with changes
I have used this product for many years but was disappointed to find the recent bottle I ordered has arrived in a plastic bottle. Considering this is for one's health a glass bottle is much better. Also concerning that it contains palm oil.

Good stuff
Have used in making keto fat bombs and seems to be ok, used to buy another brand but after they hiked the price up by over £10 a bottle I decided to try this as reviews were good and do believe reviews are important so yep I recommend this .

The MUST 4 ketogenic intermittent diet !
This is a must for everyone who is doing ketogenic intermittent diet - I put it into my vegan protein shakes-will never stop this, unless there's something more efficient,which is not the case now-this is the "s***" to take for brain and body NRG!!! ;)
