Strangely enough you can enjoy these on a low carb diet! I've lost a stone and a half by removing carbs from my diet.These pork rinds have quite a salty flavour which I like a lot. Strong teeth are a prerequesite to eating these but so far I'm loving them and have had no dental problems! At 18g the bags aren't really big enough but it does limit my intake a little.They are definitely not for vegetarians!
