Great Fan! Super quiet and slim to fit
Love this fan! If you need a thin / slim fan that pushes a lot of air and is quiet, look no further. I have two of these in my build as exhaust fans and I can't even tell they are running, they are that quiet. I have never been let down by silverstone products as of yet!

Great for cases with limited front air intake space.
Awesome let of thin 140mm fans. My case came with one 120mm fan for front intake and it wasn't that great. I replaced it with two of these for intake and they work amazingly to pull in a ton of air and keep the components well fed with a fresh supply of air.

Quiet and fully replaces a much thicker fan providing more space.
Replacing a much thicker 140mm fan with this SilverStone Air Slimmer 140 (SST-AS140B) allowed me to install a mini-DTX motherboard in a mini-ITX case. The fan is quiet, the system runs great, and there are no heat issues. Running an i3-10105F on a Asrock H470M-HVS in an old Lian-Li case.

Slim Fan for a Tight Spot
When you’ve got a setup like mine—a Fractal Define R5 case paired with a large Arctic Freezer 420 III CPU AiO—you quickly realize that finding a rear fan that fits can be a bit of a challenge. Enter the slim 140mm fan. Now, let’s be honest: as soon as you slap the words “slim” or “thin” onto a fan, the price tag seems to triple. 🥲 But hey, it’s the price of compatibility, right? The Good News:This fan fit perfectly in the space I needed it to.The fan cable was long enough to reach the desired header without any drama. The Plan: Keep up with regular maintenance (a.k.a. dust bunny eviction) and cross my fingers for smooth, trouble-free operation. Here’s hoping this slim fan holds up over the long haul!

Impressive. Good flow and quiet
These move plenty of air and are very quiet. Great at keeping my pc cool. You can fit them in tiny places or just use them for just about any spot in a big pc case. Most bang for your buck.

Great when you need a thin ARGB fan.
I had a large 200mm front case fan that was only 20mm thick go out, and couldn't find a replacement. This was thin enough that I was able to print a 4.5mm adapter and replace it. It is plenty quiet and cools well. Note the airflow arrow marked on the side :)

Makes flight sim more realistic, but not in a good way
I really wanted to like these fans. They’re decent quality and move air well for a low profile design. And they would have allowed a bit more room in my mATX case for airflow and clearance should I get a larger GPU. But man are they loud. Even at 50%, which is far below what I typically run the rest of my case fans (which are be quiet!), the wine was annoying. When the CPU was under load, and they curved to 70% or more, it was very distracting. Loud enough where, given the choice between keeping them and potentially needing to size up a case when upgrading my GPU, I’m opting for the latter.

splitter and extension cable needed
no problems ,140 slim there is not much out there not sure why, they work great as side intake no rubbing - they spin up fast -no wobble, way better than artic 140 , worth the price , but you need a splitter and extension cable
