Plug and play with Pi 2. Has very good range for the size
I have a couple of Pi 2s set up in outlying corners of the house - one in the loft running an ADS-B receiver and one emailing in/out from the catflap at the back door and I was impressed that such a small Wifi dongle worked so well over these distances with some 600mm stone walls between them and the router. They certainly work OK with the current version of Raspbian I have not tried with earlier versions or any other OS.Not sure why some people say these don't fit the Pi 2. I have them plugged in with a webcam above and a Rii wireless keyboard adapter alongside with no clashing (see the attached photo). I can't see it being a problem with any reasonably designed case on the Pi 2 either so am at a loss to understand these comments.

Worked first time with Pi running Raspbian Stretch.
I bought one of these for a Raspberry Pi B+ after wanting to remove the wire that connected it to my router, which is only a foot away. An older WiFi adaptor I had didn't work with Raspbian Stretch despite a few evenings checking my configuration was right. Plugged this adaptor in, and everything worked straight away.I've since bought another for a second, older Pi. I didn't try using it with Raspbian Jessie, but upgraded the Pi to Stretch before using this adapter. Again, no problems at all, and am connecting from further away (3 or 4 metres, through a wall) with no difficulties running a minidlna server.

Great little wifi dongle for Rpi 3
This is a great dongle that works without having to install manually any drivers. I knocked off a star as it only worked for me on a fresh Rpi install once connected to the internet by Ethernet cable. I guess it needed to download something first?? Still on reboot all was well. Also unlike others have reported my dongle fits perfectly.

Works for Linux + Windows 10 IoT
I thought this would be cheap and nasty, so when I got my RaspberryPi 2b I bought another Nano WiFi reciever, and that worked fine under raspbian, the problem was with Windows 10 IoT, which didn't recogize the previous WiFi dongle. So I bought this and it works great under Raspbian and Windows 10 IoT, If anything it seems faster and quicker to connect than the previous one, but that could be totally subjective. Works a treat A++ get it if you don't want to worry about compatibility.

Can't even remember the installation, it was that easy.
There's plenty of these devices out there but having the official Raspberry Pi one just seemed the right one to get. I can't even remember the installation, it was so easy. Picked up the wifi straight away and connected without a glitch. I had even put aside some good time, half expecting to have a fight with this device to pick up my signal, but nope. No fuss.Speed wise, it's just fine. Processing time of the Pi to render pages in browser is the weakest link in the chain here.I mostly brought this in order to support the organisation itself as well as knowing it would work well with the device. I'd encourage others to do the same.

epic little dongle
delivered on time and packaged well, just plug it in and it works great, my Pi is now up and working online without the need of a CAT5 cable, and allows me to see eveything else on my network, I built a monitor for it from an old laptop and now its works great.fits fine in my Pi and leaves room for both keyboard and mouse as well as leaving the other USB open

It just works
Windows IoT only supports a limited list of WiFi dongles, this being one of them.I plugged it in, went to networks, entered the password and it just worked. No messing around having to install drivers or anything like that.Just plug it in and you’re good to go.

whilst the TP-Link adapter is excellent and definitely worth the purchase
Initially I purchased a TP-LINK Archer T2U AC600 USB Wireless Dual Band Adapter to use with my raspberry Pi, whilst the TP-Link adapter is excellent and definitely worth the purchase, it is not support by the Pi and the drivers provided would not load with the OS I had chosen. So I purchased the official adapter (at a much lower price that the TP-Link) and it works straight out the box. That being said, it is by no means built for speed and performance, being only USB2.0.Only quarrel is the packaging, could definitely benefit from “Amazon frustration free packaging”.
