I bought this from a gift card for my birthday. I thought at first it was a luxury which I would not have normally bought, but then I had to measure up some rooms in a house and WOW, how easy and simple to useI haven't tried the area and volume etc at this stage, nor have I checked the accuracy against a tape, but it is so fast and convenient. I wish I had got one ages ago. I would definitely recommendBy the way, it is a great way to measure the grandchildren, just mark the post and shine the light to the floor. No more bending over or squinting to see the tape

The product that arrived isn't actually the Tracklife laser distance meter but is in fact a Viewee a laser distance meter they look very similar and the functions are nearly the same ... but its not what I ordered and If i wanted the Viewee model I could have spent £20 less and got it else where. It does what I want though I do have to take measurements at least three time to make sure they are accurate enough for my work... I've checked it against a tape measure and apart from the odd glitch its with in range OK.

I needed this to assess my bathroom as B&Q required the measurements before they could design what it would like. For someone who knew nothing about these sort of things the numbers on the screen looked confusing to me but I managed to find and read the basic measurements. The guy who did the design on his computer was very impressed that it gave a very precise reading and even asked me which equipment I used as he was looking for one too.

Really easy to use and very consistent readings. All reading taken and measure (as best I can) are accurate to less than 0.5% it could be better as measuring over 4m with a tape isn't that easy. Highly recommended.

good easy to use and time saving tool up to about 20/30m, has 60m max range but would be impossible to see the laser dot at that kind of distance unless in the dark.

Great. I can measure lots of things now, and I do. now I'm retired, I hope to spend many hours a day, measuring away

Have only tried it around the house measuring rooms sizes comparing with a tape measure, seems accurate enough for me. My main use will be outside measuring target distances upto 100m. Handy tool and at a good price.
