I honeslty was worried because I don't think I selected 'unlocked' when choosing this phone and I didn't wanna go through the hassle of unlocking it when it got here, but thankfully it works with any sim that I have.It looks great and swipes like clockwork. Highly recommend.

Where is the Charger? Charging cable and SIM tool were in the box. The phone itself is in excellet condition and it was unlocked as described. Luckily I had a charger I wasn't using but would have liked one since it sounded like it would be included. Too early to tell on battery life. It arrived full drained. Using the phone has been easy but it did have several hours of updates since it is an older model even though only a year removed from being new. Seems pretty quick and responsive so far.

I just got it today and have been using it the last couple of hours and I would say it's really good, It is in fact the original from samsung and the battery life lasts a lot lot longer then my used up S10, the screen quality and camera quality are really good and overall the phone is smooth and quick, for a phone retailing around $999-$849, getting it at $563 (with taxes) was a really good deal, I don't regret buying and would probably do it again in the future.

Started great. Then started having little issues after about 4 months with typing letters on it's own. Now almost 7 months since purchase and it barely functions. Brought to a phone repair store and they verified issues with how the screen processes touch. Said the phone was not refurbished well.

This was refurbished and I highly recommend the retailer it came from..I believe in New York. They give u even a wall USB Plug which samsung does not. They make it super simple to activate it. And they have they're number and the IMEI numbers in plain site and extra stickers with serials numbers, puk numbers .. I did not have to call them for anything but I'm sure they would of been there for me if needed. U don't pack a box full of what people will need instead of the ' this is how samsung does it' if ur heart wasent in ur business.

I got this to replace my Galaxy S9+ and it's been great. The packaging was very secure to prevent any shipping g damage and I had to sign for the package. I really appreciated being able to save so much on a much newer phone!So far, battery life has been great, dsplay is excellent.

I like how customizable the screen is,Samsung phones from what I can tell seem to have a lot more features that apple does not. This is coming from a long time Apple user, I've been using Apple phones since they first came out and I finally just got tired of paying such a high price for the exact same phone. They never change anything really. No matter how much they hype it, all they do is change is the chip. So to the important things with Samsung. You have the edge bar which I use a lot. Your phone is 100% more customizable. The battery seems to be the same on all cell phones. the camera however, is way better. I know this because my boss mentioned that the photos I sent him look spectacular, far better than any photos I've been sending him with the iPhone. So this is pretty good for a refurbished used phone from Samsung. I just ordered the Samsung S23 Ultra, brand new. So we'll see how that phone is. I'm thinking it's gonna be 10 times better than what this is. its a great phone to start with if you want to switch over. Get out of the apple ecosystem. The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is because there's certain apps. I can't download that I had before. And that's because the shady frs at apple have exclusive rights to certain app so, not samsung's fault. Still disappointing that I can't use apps that I was using regularly with apple on samsung.
