The ginger was good til you changed the packaging.
I’ve been using the same ginger for months now which i was surprised about was so fresh! Literally got this packaging with the first lot of ginger and the ginger lasted ages! Went to use my newer ginger which had its packaging changed and it’s all mouldy! Now I know why it’s cause moisture gets into these bags you added these gingers into. The older packaging kept it fresher for longer. How can I use the same one from November 28th 2022 the date was to open my new one I’ve got and they all mouldy. Make it make sense

I purchased these in order to add some ginger to my colds to promote faster healing - these are worth the money, great value, great texture and you get a lot of ginger!It helps to put them in the freezer if you need to have some on hand in case of emergencies. I highly recommend making a ginger, lemon and honey tea with these.
