The children were excited and loves stitch. This is a great gift for all Stitch lovers.

I came out as soon as this was delivered and brought the box inside. Box was in tip top shape, open it up and saw the damaged product. Looks like it was either in a fire or drug down a road. As I opened it and took the items out the damage was just worse and worse. The pencil and markers are broken and dried out. The 9 out of the 11 pieces are damaged. Its for my nieces birthday on Sunday (today is Friday) and only way to get my money back for this is to return the items. Save yourself time and MONEY. NOT WORTH IT.

Product was in great shape! However the pencil case has already split right up the side. So my little one is very sad. She didn't even get to use it.

I should have listened to the reviews. Product came with open plastic packaging and the corners of all the folders and notebook are bent and scruffy. Looks like someone opened it and returned it. Very disappointed as it’s for my daughters birthday I’m a few days.
