We’ve been taking these for a few weeks now and are sleeping better than we were. My energy levels feel better and all of my grey hair has now turned back to the dark brown that it was twenty years ago. (I might have lied about the last bit!). Very pleased with the effect of these pills. One gripe would be that they’re a bit big but I guess they need to be to pack in all that goodness!!

I’ve only been taking them for the past week, to give a sound prognosis I will need to be on them for a month minimum.It’s a very important supplement to take as we age, you need to educate ourself on why!

I am taking 2 capsules daily first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. I do feel that after one month my anxiety and stress levels are slightly lower than usual. I feel slightly more “normal” and people my age you know what I mean by that. After 50 I started not feeling myself anymore, with pains and aches and low mood, and I really felt the weight of the middle aged crisis. I was worried that from that point on my life would be permanently changed and I wasn’t prepared for that . So I came across articles about NMN and Resveratrol. This lot is at least assembled in the U.K. I am not sure if the entire process of making the product is local or just the process of making the capsules and bottling/ distributing . It I want to believe that everything should be made in the U.K. , so it is a plus plus plus bonus . I don’t think it is a chemical that one will feel the results immediately but will see some improvements with time and firstly in the small things, like aches and pains, general stiffness, lack of motivation to do certain things , those will be the first to be affected. I think appearance and rejuvenation will come from the process of getting out of the mindset of “getting old”.

First day taking it and felt so energise and focus. I do not feel as tired or lethargic; I feel alive. I have seen a difference in the gym as my endurance has increased and I heal a lot faster. At first I thought maybe it was a placebo but seeing the positive changes I can clearly say this works well for me. I have been taking 2 capsule for about 3 weeks and would highly recommend everyone around me to start taking it. I have no side effects from it none whatsoever. From what i have researched I understand why big pharmaceuticals are against it as they aren’t able to patent it and as a result they cannot monopolise it.

I was excited to find this nmn supplement at a high dosage for a good price. I bought 4 bottles to try it out. They work great for me. I have taken various other brands, like True Niagen, and this works just as well, if not better. And the fact that it has resveratrol included is an added bonus. Now I don't have to buy that supplement separately. I just get it in this. I will be a returning customer.

Hard to say it makes you feel better, but the concept is that it's 10000 times more powerful than the resveratrol than the resveratrol in red wine that hey claim stabilized intracellular process that give longevity- from a book by a Harvard geneticist Dr David Sinclair who has written a book on prolonging healthy life as we get older.
