Correct adapter for new LED Headlamps with 2 leads where your car has a Single Diode connection
2012 Kia Sorento - H1 lights. The LED lights I bought has 2 wires (Black and Red) coming out of the back of them. Problem: My KIA has a Single Diode plug. Without these adapters I would not have been able to install the new lights. Simple to fit and install. So far working great. Good "solid built" feel to wire and connections.

Worked perfectly
Bought these for my H1 halogen to led conversion, my lights had a single input plug and the LED’s I bought came with 2 wires. Worked perfectly.

Works as expected. Quality could be better

Broke instantly and did not even work.
I have a 2016 ford focus, that I was using these on to get my LED highbeams to work. They did not work at all, I've tried switching the connections around these just do not work and I am still left without highbeams. The main pin that plugs into the factory connector on my drivers side light had actually ended up coming apart, and breaking and the ping got stuck into the factory connector and I had to get grips to try and pry it out since it was really stuck in there. They're also difficult to connect, and they just straight up didn't even work, they probably need a ground which you'll just have to end up rigging up something yourself. I can't recommend these for how easily they broke and just don't even work out of the packaging.

Cheap junk
The male end of this adapter is garbage. As soon as I pushed it into the light socket, I started blowing fuses. The male end pushes itself back into the fitting. Allowing the wires inside to touch. If you buy this and blow fuses. That is where your problem is. Junk!

Excellent product to avoid cutting cables
We upgraded our cars headlights (high and low beams) from basic yellow light bulbs to Beamtech LED Convertion Kit but for model H1, we didn't know it wasn't a "plug and go" type of set up like the others we bought so when we opened the box we realized it had cables that needed to be connected, which meaned we were going to need to cut the cables from the car to connect to the convertion set. So we looked online and found this, which was the perfect solution to the problem. No cable cutting!! This is the best hack and you get 2 in the package, can't go wrong with price and ease of installation when upgrading your beam lights, if you need H1 stype.

Does the job
I needed an adapter for H1 to Accept a single pin light and this did the trick. It would’ve cost less to make myself but saved me time and is well made.
