I used this almost everyday while I lived in the Philippines, and Vietnam.I loved it and It is everything I expected from a strong liniment.Careful not to over do it though, or it will get pretty hot. I brought some back for my mother who has arthritis and she swears this is the only thing she ever used that helps.I would highly recommend this product, at least give it a try and see for yourself.
