Got this for a Christmas gift for my boyfriend. The first time he went to use them they didn't work.

It’s bulky and cuts in and out spend extra money and get the apple huge difference

Sound quality was ok. These are huge! I don’t have small ears but I’m not sure how big of ears one would have to have. The set I received had the channels switched. Always right in left ear and left in right ear. Didn’t matter as they fell out immediately if I moved an inch.

I’m returning these and investing in legit apple ones. These are difficult to pair both ears. The volume does not change when you adjust with your device. Total waste of time.
