Mine arrived without a box, likely a returned product that Amazon just shipped out since they fulfill the orders. The vendor contacted me to make it right so I guess we’ll see what happens.Update: the vendor sent me a replacement through Amazon and it arrived as new in a sealed box. The leather is genuine, durable, and not too cheap appearing (although certainly not as nice as high-end / designer goods). The inside suede is very soft and I trust it with expensive timepieces.My only gripe is with the sizes of the provided inserts for the watches - one is too small and the other too large!
