I miss when Costco sold these (actually I think the East Coast stores still do)!!! I use cumin a lot so having this big container is just smart. It's also more cost-effective than buying little bottles from the grocery store frequently. I love the taste and that smokey nose from the spice. It's great for tex-mex, Mediterranean and Indian dishes.

Purchased this for chilli and it works as expected.Provides good flavor for my chilli.For those wondering here is my recipe:1-1.5 lbs of ground beef or turkey (cooked)2 tablespoons of chilli powder2 tablespoons of cumin2 tablespoons of paprika2 tablespoons of garlic powder2 tablespoons of dried onion2 tablespoons of brown sugar1 tea spoon of cinnamon2 cans of beans2 cans of diced tomatoes1 can of chicken brothCook on low in slow cooker for 4 hours.

Excellent taste at an economical price. Will buy again as I use cumin frequently.
