The laptop stopped working after 2 days and I couldn't find any info about the seller and Amazon didn't help me to contact the seller or return the item!!

Great laptop for the Price
I normally don't write reviews or anything, but this was a good experience overall with the company.Pros:Fast ShipperLaptop was in great conditionCons:Some of the keys take a bit to register when hit but isn't that big of a dealReview:The laptop I ordered was ordered under acceptable condition but that is an understatement. There is no visible scratches or dents, there very minor minor minor smudges but that is to be expected on a laptop that is around 6 years old. There is nothing wrong with the laptop and it works very good. The battery life off the charger is good and I don't have a complaint in regards to that.The only other minor issue I had was that Windows wasn't activated and one of their support numbers on their card was a number that was no longer in service. However, I emailed the support email and was able to resolve it with them and get another Windows key where I was able to active it same day.I would most definitely buy from them again.

This was a good buy at a reasonable price
Works perfectly, all things as advertised, I am satisfied. Very clean, well packaged with lots of padding, fully functional, no issues at all. Overall a good purchase for about half the price of a new laptop.

Please DO NOT buy from this seller
This computer had some issues. One of them being that some were not working such as the brightness or volume. I was trying to reset everything but it wouldn’t let me.. for unknown reasons. I tried EVERYTHING (every method) to reset it to be able to return it but it wouldn’t let me. All my accounts are still there.. I tried deleting one by one but there still some personal stuff I cannot delete from this device. I have a strong feeling the seller did this on purpose to steal out information (I hope I’m from about this). I’m very very disappointed of this purchase.
