Easy to assemble, sturdy, and does what's expected it to do.

Obviously not commercial grade, but it’s great for the prices I have a very small ceiling, a bit over 6’ and this is the only one that would fit. Great purchase, I assembled it wrong and messed up the cord and was shipped a replacement one ASAP. Gets the job, those who have complained probably use their body weight to move the pull downs. With proper form, you can definitely get a nice contraction of pull downs and seated rows. Have loaded up to 110lbs, weight plates feel heavier than stacks, I can do 180 for set of 10 on stack weight but this felt pretty heavy, so no need to worry about weight limit. Only major downside, you might have to lift at certain angles if you don’t want the cord to rubbed down for certain movements.

For the price it's okay.Pro's:1. Cheap2. Good custumer support. One pulley came broken and some parts were missing. Emailed customer support and they sent me replacements.2. If you're under 5'5" this will work for you.Con's:1. Short. I wish it was a bit taller. I'm 5'8" and i have to lean back a little to get a little stretch on my lats. Or i could have long arms, i guess.2. Closed pulley design. I wish the top and bottom had an open pulley design so i could do face pulls on the top pulley without the cable grinding the frame. As well as some curls using the bottom pully without the cable rubbing on the square tubing. Even when doing rows the cable rubs on the square tubing.3. Plastic pulleys. They wont last long if you use them too much. I'm considering buying metal pulleys if they break.

Not a good purchase at all! This machine is either for midgets or tiny women, can’t get full stretch for pull downs. It’s ok for triceps push downs seat is way to close to the front bar also

I have no idea why people are complaining about this machine. For $140 you get more than your money’s worth. It’s solidly constructed and well thought out simple design is great.It’s not “heavy duty” but it’s ample for anything someone outside of Worlds Strongest Man would need. I wish I could give this machine a 10 star rating and wish I would have purchased this sooner.Scott Burnside

Wish I could say you get what you pay for but this is way worse. Not sturdy at all. Don’t buy!

Wanted a Lat Pull Down machine for my home workout room. This machine lets me add several different exercises to my routine. The machine arrived quickly in the mail. The price was right for me I couldn't afford several hundred dollars and this machine was in my price range. It only came with an exploded view picture no real instructions. I had to take the pulleys off and insert the bushings that wasn't really clear from the picture. The machine doesn't really hold a lot of weight I use about 75 to 100 Lbs during my work out good enough.

Over all build quality is great for the price...BUT if you are any taller than like 5' you won't be able to get full range of motion... It's seriously made for children... Great for tricep push/pull downs and sit down rows
