Faulty item!
Didn’t work properly when charging it after 3 and a half hours! Instructions are in Chinese! Looks like a toy, not a household appliance! I need a refund!

Really disappointed in this purchase , although really good on wood floor did not work on low pile carpet . This was bought as a gift otherwise would have returned it.
