Q: The tortillas are made thin enough with this big press

Because of the hinge the dough is not as thin as I would like it. I got around this cutting a vinyl tile to size and placing it on the inside surface, so that the dough is placed on the tile when you press it. I used the tile but anything thin and flat that you can cut to size can be used. Using the tile was an easy and inexpensive fix at 0.89 cents, yes eighty nine cents and the result was that the dough was as thin as you could want it.

Q: Hello, I need to konw the wight?

Not sure of the actualy shipping weight with the box, the press alone was too heavy for my kitchen scale. Bathroom scale flashes up 4.3kgs then zeros out. Tried to weigh it several times and each time the same result. So, I believe it is probably 4.3kgs or 9.46lbs.

Q: Will this work for pizza dough?

It does 4 me but I use plastic and allow my pizza dough to relax before pressing it.
