Creatine Monohydrate Micronized Powder 5000 mg I was able to mix 5g of this product in as little as 4 oz. of water. The product is a little different from the GNC variety that I’ve taken before. This one has more of a powdered sugar consistency rather than granules. The product mixes very easily and given enough fluid (even at 4 oz.) there isn’t very much grittiness. The product doesn’t have any taste and the texture inside your mouth isn’t repulsive. I have had powders that felt like sand in your mouth, but not with this one. If you mix this in a shake, you won’t notice it. Like all creatine products I’ve used in the past, the excess does settle at the bottom of your cup. With a quick swish of water, you can get every bit. Overall this is a good product and easy to take. I recommend it.

I don't have lab material to test for contaminants or advertised quantities. Was looking for creatine with no added ingredients. Just 100% creatine, and this checks the boxes. No weird smells and everything looks normal with good seal on lid. Not much more to it- it’s 1 scoop full daily, but as a petite female I take 1/2 scoop to avoid any bloating or heavy feeling. Creatine helps my muscle recovery tremendously especially since I run daily and strength train 3 times a week. This is a big container so will last me awhile. Great price for amount you get. I approve!
