They helped me solve a problem as I had ordered an incompatible machine. Their response time was very fast and I received the new shipment within just one day!Make sure you purchase a machine that is compatible with the recycling net! In combination with this machine, the recycling net was perfect to use as a station in my elementary PE classes. We used the balls that come with the machine. Students took turns hitting the ball into the net and LOVED it. It shoots the balls out with just enough speed and trajectory for their level and ability. The recycling net really makes this machine a great teaching tool as it allows continuous play! If I couldn't buy the recycling net with this machine, I would only buy the net and place a bucket under the net where the balls fall through the funnel. This is my 3rd baseball machine from their brand.
