Can the adhesive part of this be removed from the wall without Damaging the wall

If you have weak painted walls(peeling) I would not apply. Description says won’t damage walls. I used on wood finish, therefore, I only peeled enough adhesive strip I thought would hold sturdy, otherwise, I probably would of damage wood finish if I used the whole adhesive strip. You could always test, by cutting a small piece of strip and put on your wall, and slowly remove.
