My wife’s will use nothing else for more healthy coffee cream and our pup loves her treat with licking the can.

Taste is fine. Cream is whippable. Is not overwhelmingly coconut. BUT it does not form soft peaks. It lays there like heavy wet sand. Everybody that I fed it to said it was great, but for me, it was a huge disappointment, as it was so heavy, it sunk into the vegan pudding I had made. I don’t know that I could’ve done anything about that, because, it’s just a very heavy substance, not light like cream.

I bought these to use with an ISI whipper, and sadly, they do not work well.After putting in the whipper, charging, and cooling in the fridge - the contents tend to solidify and clump inside the whipper. This makes dispensing incredibly difficult, and, when you can get it out it isn't a stable and smooth foam (turns runny and watery quickly). You will have better luck using different branded coconut cream that is guar-gum stabilized and does not solidified when in the fridge.If you use a stand mixer, these might work for that application, but I have no personal experience there.

This is awesome! We figured out how to make and flavor the cream then freeze it to make creamy coconut ice cream! I made mint chocolate chip and it was the first time I had tasted that flavor since I found out I was lactose intolerant. Beautiful stuff, just follow all the directions and it comes out great!

I have a recipe for Chili soup and a daughter that cannot have dairy. This coconut milk not only was great to cook with it made my Chili soup a hit!!!

I absolutely love this coconut cream! Perfect for vegans and those looking for a dairy free alternative. I used their recipe to make whipped cream for a pumpkin pie with a little bit of maple syrup and it was amazing!!! I gave some to my non vegan family and they loved it too. Glad I bought a case!

Smell isn’t too great but taste is okay. Too liquidy to be called whipping cream in my opinion but good for making an icecream

I can't have dairy or sugar anymore and had given up on being able to have whipped cream again until I found this. It is SO good. I use it for dairy and sugar free hot chocolate and it's amazing! I absolutely recommend this product!
