It makes moving two 10.5’ hard SUPs a breeze. (No need to use the strap for us.) We have a lake place at an RV resort and have a few hundred yards to the launch area. Some of it is paved. Some gravel road. This does fine on both with the standard (non beach) tires. If you are going over sand or unpacked/deep gravel you might need the big wheels. We also often just store the boards in the rack if we expect to use them anytime in the next few days. Just balance the boards so the weight is front of center and throw a life jacket under the front of the boards. We use the cart to roll two 10 foot paddle boards over the beach to the water. I was hoping the airless wheels would have worked for our beach but even though it isn't loose sand they were digging in and made it hard to move the cart. So I ordered the beach wheels to replace these and these work much better on our beach. This is for 2 SUPs but when both are on the cart, my wife says it's hard to reach the middle handle. As seen in the description and pictures it came with a strap to secure both boards when moving but she doesn't use them and the boards stay put. Easily holds the boards with no slipping. The wheels are extremely responsive. I push my boards with one hand on the back of the boards three blocks to the beach. I don’t bother to use the to straps. The key to easy pushing is to balance the boards on the cart. Enjoy the wheels are great.
