It’s a great way to add support to my arches. They stick well and the only thing I wish they were a natural or nude color as I use them in sandals and they would be more discreet in a natural or nude color

I liked the price. Didn't like that they wore out to quick not for every day wearing.

They are comfortable and supportive I just dont like picking them out of my socks

I was having a lot of trouble with my feet while in Florida two years ago . I need arch support and too many new shoes don't have it . This foot doctor gave me gel arch pads . I use them for over a year until they wouldn't stick anymore . I couldn't find them anywhere . I bought other things they just didn't do the job . The foot pain caused leg pain and severe lower back pain . Then I looked online visa looked like exactly the same thing the doctor had given me but I wasn't sure since I couldn't remember the name . They are exactly what I had before and the very best thing for arch support. I use them in every pair of shoes I wear . They are the best !

The pads come in different styles and 2 thicknesses. If properly cared for and washed every night they last for a few months. Great buy

I really wanted to like these. I have high arches and find that my feet are sore after wearing ballet flats shoes around town. These are nice and thick and not too soft, but they are flat whereas the arch supports that stick in shoes are sort of dome shaped. I had to take these off after about an hour, they were pressing the side of my shoe out. Im hoping to get more used to them.

These are terrible. They are uniform thickness and just stick to the inside of my arch like leeches - don't provide a bit of support to my high arches. The plastic feeling next to my skin was so awful I had to throw them away. If they provided any support I might have tolerated the plasticky feeling longer.

I need to reorder these. They provide terrific arch support and stick directly to your feet. You can use them in any shoes including flip flops or go barefoot with them. (I just gave all of my cute shoes to Goodwill because I couldn't wear them anymore, darn.) Shoe shopping in my future and I don't have to worry about whether they have a good arch, which almost no shoes do anymore. They are washable and can be used over and over again.
