great value but what with the 5l and 6l inserts both being yellow
Seems to work but actual reduced flow must depend on the water pressure. The 5l and 6l inserts are both yellow. Eh?

Simple to fit
This is a very clever and easily fitted device that will save money on your showers. You’ll never notice the difference.

Not well labelled
These work but there’s nothing on them to indicate the flow rate. This is especially tricky when there are two of the same colour.

Really work well
As previous reviewer noted, the colour coding is incorrect. I used his review and he had worked it out correctly. You just need to experiment with the inserts until you find the pressure that is right for you.

Product didn't make any difference to the high water pressure coming from the shower head, would not recommend.
