There is so many stuff to do such as desserts, mains, starters, snacks, and even cocktails. There is only one bad thing about his book is that I received it damaged, there is like a cut in the front cover. Review: Beautiful thick cookbook - I saw this cookbook in a store and I was enamored with it. I checked desertcart and found it half the price so, I immediately ordered. So far, I am in love with this cookbook. It is beautifully made; the pages are the right thickness and has a nice hardcover. The book is well written and gives a lot of information about Asia and some history facts on the recipes. The recipes include clear instructions and majority of them have accompanying photos. I love that I can find a recipe from different regions in Asia. This book is perfect for playing dinner roulette. Some recipes in the book I have tried before at restaurants or because I attempted to make it at home. But, there are many many new recipes for me to try out at home and I can now make my favorites at home.
