Excellent torque wrench
A solid and good quality torque wrench. This was exactly what I needed for installing optics and tightening to spec.

Great value
Easy to use especially in mounting riffle scopes and rings

It works.
The sockets are a nice touch too, but I don't have need for those. The case is a little long for the size of the tool.

Handy and fills a gap
I work as a gunsmith and we generally don't fuss about a torque spec but from time to time we need to do something with a bit more finesse. Normal gunsmithing torque wrenches are a bit pricey so German spec (gut und tite) usually works fine but this set was at a good price so I figured I would check it out. I also have a few small applications on my truck that call for a very low spec where my smallest current wrench doesn't go that low. This solves my problems and actually I like the adjustment system on this way more than on my bigger ones. The collar pulls down and then clicks into place on each measurement where as on the old ones you loosen a nut, eyeball the measurement, and then tighten the nut. Neither is very difficult but this one is easier. The drive set is also a really nice addon. When it comes to setting torque on something other than a nut I usually have to hunt for a 1/4 socket and rig a bit in that usually ends up falling out (and sometimes into the wormhole where bits end up). I have a slightly expensive set of 1/4 and 3/8 drive bit sockets but having this come with its own set is convenient. The case it comes in is OK even if some of the sockets like to fall out. I would rather have this and all the accessories in one box than have to open 3 boxes to get all the tools for one quick job. Mine doesn't 'click' even at the highest setting but that might be normal for something this small. You have to really feel for the slip spot but if you are used to torque wrenches it isn't hard to use.Good tool to have for smaller applications or for that one weird callout on your car where your 3/8 drive is twice the minimum and you have to guess.

Sturdy and Durable
I got this torque wrench to facilitate the replacement of my water heater's anode rod. This wrench is impeccably constructed. It’s sturdy and durable. The extended handle provides me with additional leverage. Unfortunately, the kit doesn’t include a 1 1/16-inch socket, the size for anode rods. I got one separately and it fits with this wrench perfectly.

Convenient set in carrying case
This set is supplied in a blow-molded plastic case which keeps all of the supplied accessories in one place with the torque wrench. Now I won’t have to walk back and forth to the shop for most of the adapters I need. While the set doesn’t include all of the sockets I commonly use, there is some space in the case to store a few more.I really like the positive lock on the socket which keeps it from sliding off by mistake, and the sliding collar lock for the torque adjustments. The quality of the torque wrench seems good for this price range. I checked the accuracy against my 3/8 torque wrench and both agreed on the high, mid, and low settings I tried once I found out where this wrench needed to be set for its minimum 40 in lb setting. It seems the adjustment alignment marks are not accurately engraved. All of the major settings are reached when the edge of the rotating handle is set covering the horizontal mark for that torque and the zero of the rotating handle is centered. Normally the rotating handle would be set right to that mark, not past it and covering it. Once I realized that was how I needed to set this tool, it worked great.I’m giving this PIT Torque Wrench 4 stars because of the engraved mark alignment issue. But even with that problem (assuming it’s the same on all of them) in its price range it’s a nice kit.
