Great for plantar fasciitis! So portable! Love this product!
Have been trying to heal my plantar fasciitis this summer, in hopes that I will be able to walk pain-free when I go on my EU trip in Sep. I was using a frozen roll of ground beef 😝to roll under my feet at least twice a day, in the a.m. when I wake up and before bedtime. The cold therapy really helps, I don’t have the sharp pain anymore in my heel when I get out of bed in the a.m. I was so excited to find this ball as I know I can’t lug around a frozen roll of beef in my suitcase all around Europe!

Get the attachment / holder
I really like this cold massage ball. I bought it to help with arch and heel pain. It stays cold for quite some time, too. I purchased it without the holder, which was a mistake as I don't have as much control as I would like when it's on the floor. But that's on me, not the product. I also like the little bag that comes with it, because I can put it in the freezer and not worry that it's touching anything.

This ball stays colder, & stays colder so much longer than a gel pack or ice pack. Rolling my foot on it has helped my plantar fasciitis, & I have also applied in rolling motion to neck & shoulders for pain relief.

Use it on a yoga mat otherwise it will shoot across the room!
I thought the concept would be extremely helpful for my plantar fasciitis, however the ball keeps slipping out from under my foot! I wish there was something to create texture on the balll such as silicone or texture on the ball so that it would “stick” to the floor rather than shooting out from under my foot.It seemed like a great idea however not functional.

Just What I Needed
For months I've suffered from plantar fasciitis and I've been told to ice. I've tried the frozen water bottle, but it wasn't conducive to my life. Then I bought this product, which is easy to use. I can even take it to work with me and use it throughout the day. It does stay cold and adequately ices my foot. The product does what it is designed to do and I can carry it with me to work without it taking up space. It nicely fits into my tiny freezer in my classroom refrigerator.

Its alright for the price
It does help with the pain, its only 2hrs in the freezer, and 3-6 hrs depending how much you roll on body, pressure add, and the location

Great for arch pain
I bought this product to help relieve some pain I wad feeling in my arches after running. It works great! The size was perfect for my foot and I loved how it stayed cold. I do kind of wish I had bought the one with the holder so I could use the ball easier on my shins BUT it still works so great without a holder for my feet that I don't really care so much.
