Phenomenal band with multiple uses and amazingly comfortable
Huge fan of this band. It’s flexibility in terms of using as addition to bench press or push ups or in terms on of individual core work or shadow boxing. But that’s not the best part of it, the best part is how comfortable it is. No horrible scrapping up your legs or skin as you use it, it’s soft, comfortable and then best band out there.

Limited exercises with this product.
I have been a strength coach and training for over 30 years, I was interested in this product, an adjustable resistance band, so decided to buy one to see what I could do with it. Apart from as a push up resistance, not much. There is very limited exercises on the link they give you, you can do far more with a bag of resistance bands. I didn’t like the stretch fabric , over time this will lose its stretch like most elastic does. The grips are not great either. Maybe when they update the design to maybe include detachable handles it might be better. I found the product limiting for exercises which was a shame as i hoped it would be something i would take on holiday as its very compact. Trying to do lateral raises with it sucks, it needs a bit more length. I’m going to keep trying with it and see what I can come up with but a bag of res bands still trumps it at the moment. 🙏

I personally struggled to use whilst wearing boxing gloves . However useful for light punch bag work without gloves and other exercises. Certainly works new muscles ! Contacted company who were brilliant and offered a refund ...

Not anywhere near the resistance stated
This band is pretty good for boxing , however the exercises and resistances mentioned can not be further from the truth . I bought both to try and I can honestly say a maximum of 10-15 kg resistance at most for the pro version. I think it only warrants one star because it’s very misleading description.I advise the company producing this to perhaps buy some resistance bands and compare them to their product instead of blatantly misrepresenting their product.

Angenehme Verarbeitung
Ob das Band wirklich auf eine Belastung von 250 Pfund kommt, wage ich stark zu bezweifeln. Ich hab ein dickes 200 Pfund Gummiband, was gefühlt stärkeren Widerstand liefert. Aber der Stoff ist schön angenehm weich. Ob die Nähte halten auf Dauer Zweifel ich mal an, wirken nicht so überragend verarbeitet. Das wird die Zeit zeigen.

Kaum Traininsübungen, keine tauglichen Handhabungs- und Anwendungshinweise. Ich finde das Band als Anfänger fast schon gefährlich bei einigen Übungen. Ohne feste Ankerpunkte wie z.B. massive Trainingsgeräte kaum anwendbar.
