Lots of mix
I like this food because it has Timothy have and dried carrots in it. I don’t put regular Timothy hay in my cage anymore because it gets all over. Now I buy this

ONLY FOOD A CHIN NEEDS
Had my little guy Chex on this food for 6 years now.... he's 9 years old and he loves it... yes once and a while he picks only the weeet potatoes out but he does eat everything inside this food... not overloaded with sugary sweet and the perfect balance. This food. fresh hay and water everyday will keep your chinchilla happy and energetic everyday like mine. Trust me this is the best chinchilla food I have ever found it's convent uts in Amazon u can also find it in most let stores like petco

Chins loved it
I have two chins that look forward to treats everyday. I decided to try this food because I figured I could save a little money by combining the treats with the pellets. I will say, the size of this bag was decent. My chins really enjoyed the treats that they could dig through the pellets and find. Just wish there was more treats in the food. They were kinda far and few between, so I ultimately ended up having to buy my usual chin cocktail to give them a little with their food so they would both have enough to snack on. But nonetheless its a great idea.
