I attempted to remove the locking lug nuts from a 2000 Volkswagen Beetle today. While the tool fits into the lug nut, it's loose and as soon as you give it any kind of torque it slips. Not correct size for this particular OEM locking lug nut despite the listing description.

My old bit broke after years of use. This guy works well. Used it with impact tools and no sign of it giving up the ghost. The pic is of my old broken one to show exactly if they will fail, where it will fail

Probably would work okay in most situations but snapped on a lugnut that was seized. Got it returned very quickly and with no hassle. It did fit really well so the quality of fitment wasn't an issue

As I indicated in a previous e-mail, although this item seems to be of good quality, unfortunately the ridges of this tool did not fit the interior ridges of the nuts and was not able to enter and engage them, to tighten or lose them.

It’s not really a star it’s just kind of a bump but with a little grinding it worked good
