Engineered for us heavy weights
I’m short but weigh 270 lbs so I’m like a tree stump …. The extra girth in the seat is appreciated but what stands out the most is the balance of the seat when reclined. When you’re top heavy you avoid recline out of fear of falling. I went almost 180 degrees flat in the seat and never felt like I was going to fall when tilting back. When you unbox and assemble you immediately know you’re dealing with strong construction. The only negative I got with the product from a design point is the magnetic armrest covers. Any part of a product that you’re pushing/pulling against should always be rigid. Still a great buy even better if you get a chance to get while on sale

No quality control? Fabric is not as soft as advertised.
I read so many reviews, watch so many videos, and they all boast the quality of this chair and how soft the fabric is, so I decided to order the Black Fabric XL. It finally arrived yesterday and when I tried to assemble it, there are 4 bolts that connects the back to the bottom seat, and one of them doesn’t screw in. I’ve tried everything, and the other 3 bolts screws in so easily, but the last one is loose and doesn’t screw in. Not sure if it’s the hole or the bracket but I expected more quality control with such an expensive chair. The fabric is not as soft as I thought it would be, as their own website describes how comfortable it is. My target fabric chair is much softer, and my lazy boy leather chair is also much softer. I now have a 75lbs chair that will take 2 people to bring back to UPS to return. I should have gotten the leather but now don’t want to risk getting another defective chair and having to possibly return that as well. I expected much more for paying this much, and really wanted to give this a chance but never even got the opportunity from the beginning.

Well built product just not for me.
Id like to start this review by saying I ended up returning this product but thats because I dont think the racer style chairs are designed for me.First off my let me say that the packaging and assembly experience is a breeze and so easy I was able to do it in reverse and pack it back up for return without any issues. The chair itself is well built with quality materials. That is about where the positives end for me. For reference I am 6'4" 240lb with neck and shoulder issues and the back of this chair and lumbar is just not comfortable for me to rest on. The holes in the back seem to serve no purpose but to dig into my shoulder blades and as someone who prefers nothing pressing on the back of my neck due to medical issues I find the neck pillow unusable.. (although the pillow is admittedly comfortable on its own and the cooling foam really works.) The seat is alright, a lot firmer than I've tried in the past and supposedly softer than the SecretLab Titan Evo but still like sitting on a plank of wood. The annoying ridges that are ment to lock you into place in the seat typical of racing style chairs are softer than they look but I found it putting pressure on the back of my thighs especially when I tried full recline. Speaking of full recline I dont find it very safe as if I wasn't careful I could feel the chair trying to fall over. Would be too dangerous to nap in imo. The armrests are nice and soft PU foam but I wish they had a wider range of adjustment. Being able to push them back further to be closer to the desk or even the ability to turn them sideways would have been great here.I wanted to like this chair but the racing style chairs are just not ergonomically comfortable for me. Maybe it will be different for you though, and at this price and the quality of a chair you are getting I definitely think it's worth trying out if you're on the fence about it. The company seems really good and they gave me a no hassle return so I have to give them at least 4 stars for the quality but more like a 3 for the chairs ergonomics for me.

Almost great.
I'm sitting in this chair as I type this. My back feels supported, I feel cozy, my butt feels fine. I can lean back and rock, or just recline and enjoy content. Feels great. Great build quality, nice features. Packaging was 10/10. Solid chair all around...but I can literally feel the blood pooling in the back of my legs. They're straight, I'm sitting the recommended way you should sit in this chair, my feet are square on the floor, and I can feel the back of my legs going numb in real time. There is a lip at the edge of the seat, and the seat is angled up so that you sit deep within it. This means that where your legs fall off the seat edge, gravity is drawing your legs down onto that lip.I hate this. I wanted to love this chair. It's almost perfect.. but I literally can't use it without it cutting off the circulation in my legs. Here's hoping they devote a little more attention to the leg ergonomics with the Kaiser 4.

Backrest mounting bolts are loose
This is a very big disappointment, I’ve been using the chair for 5 months, yesterday a bolt came out with an intact thread, after which when I leaned back in the chair the back moved away and bent the metal which I will have to fix with pliers because after deformation the cover on the magnets simply does not go back on, but more What amazes me is that in a chair for 500 dollars with a worldwide reputation they can simply the bolts unscrew on their own, after which you can still get injured, you also need to repair the chair, this is a nightmare, I can’t recommend this product, I also want to get an answer from the seller, can I return this product, since now I’m just scared to use it, knowing that in any At that moment, the bolts may loosen and I may simply fall out of my chair and get injured.

Bad quality stitching
The media could not be loaded. I've used this chair for 3 months and it's braking down faster than chairs that lasted me at least 3 years and costed less than 200
