I take this for flare-ups with my fibromyalgia and it works wonders. I take 2 capsules up to 4 times a day and it provides lasting relief. I like that it doesn't give me any side effects like prescription meds for fibromyalgia do, and I find that I don't have to take it all the time, only when it gets bad. I'd strongly recommend this.

Gaba is a great product (helps with menopause related nightmares and anxiety). This is the brand my Naturopath gave me. I repurchased a couple times but have found that other brands work just fine too. This brand is bit pricey.

Doctor gave me these at first, then I found it here, so thanks Amazon!Overall, GABA can take the edge off (I took 2-3 a day, noticed maybe about a month in?), but you can only tell this if you are suffering badly. I did appreciate it. That being said, I don't think I can truly recommend GABA supplements. I really didn't want to take 10+ a day and spend more money just to hope to get a bigger relief.Since giving up on GABA, I have tried something a bit stronger. CBD. Check your local stores or online for more info. If you have intense anxiety, CBD can help take a bigger chunk of the edge off, plus it smoothed out my emotional well-being. Still experimenting, but others tell me they are seeing results from that than anything the GABA did. Just experiment and keep chugging along.
