This book has helped me transition into celiac disease, the recipes are amazing and feel great. I love how Jennifer helps me feel heard and seen throughout the book. When I can’t find any understanding anywhere else, this is where I turn. Check out her Jennifer’s way book too.

Best Allergen and healing book out there today.
Words can't even explain how much I love this book. My son has so many allergies and I have an autoimmune disease. I was starting to feel lost and stuck, I had no clue what to make and I was getting so frustrated living in a small town where we had no allergen foods like some of the big stores have. I have bought a ton of different books and always would feel more overwhelmed, and just didn't even know where to find half the ingredients the recipe would call for in my small town. Not in this book!!! Very simple foods like carrots, and apples, spinach , kale, ect. Foods you will find at any grocery store. I am not a very good cook and before this book I hated it cause I would just get frustrated. Now I find joy in cooking. I can cook these meals with so much flavor , and it was so simple to make. My son is 3 and is really picky to so this book also was great for that. I made the cauliflower pizza crust, pudding with avocado, turkey sausage apple patties. The list goes on and on, now I don't have to worry about my son missing nutrients. Now he's getting more healthy fats, veggies, fruits all that he needs and it's so exciting for me. Jennifer Way has givin my life back <3 I also went on her website and asked a question about flour and she responded to me and it was her in person!! I was kind of shocked to see someone that's famous so sweet and genuine and really wanting to help other people. Get this book!! It is for anyone that wants to add some new great meals to their current ones. Anyone with illnesses that want to heal their body, or even someone without illnesses and wants to get healthy and heal their body. Great for people who have allergies or want to get away from gluten and other inflammatory foods. And picky kids especially !! Get this one before others and you won't be disappointed.

Trustworthy recipes
I’ve read Jennifer’s books and she writes the most comprehensive information on Celiac disease. She is knowledgeable and shares her journey with this terrible disease. Her recipes are wonderful and easy to make. I appreciate that she has used her star power to help bring awareness to this disease and actually guide people through the medical journey. Hers was not an easy journey!!! She is a wonderful advocate and voice for the Celiac Community. I think it’s a must read for anyone with Celiac disease.

Disappointed
I find that many of the recipes contain unhealthy ingredients like xantum gum or too much sweeteners. There are very few of them that I would want to include in my menus.

Worth every penny
This book is an answer to all my gluten-free prayers. It sounds dramatic because it is. I have been clueless how to translate my life-long recipes into my new lifestyle and now I’ve been able to take action. Jennifer gives you lists for your pantry, tips for conversion using flours and great gut-healing recipes. I’ve just finished with a beautiful and delicious sunshine-Y morning smoothie to heal my gut and reduce my inflammation flare up. I went shopping yesterday armed with the list of pantry staples and other ingredients I will need for the week. The photos in the book are beautiful, the stories heartfelt and relatable, and for the first time in a very long tine I am excited to eat. I can’t wait to bake again! Thank you a million times over.

New take on gluten / corn / dairy free cooking
I love this book. The introductions for recipes enhance understanding of why / how they were developed. Recipes are gluten, corn, and dairy-free. They use a variety of flours, which is much appreciated. A lot of books just use almond flour, which many people don't tolerate well. Another blessing is that the recipes are easy to follow, easy to make, and ingredients are easy to find. Substitutions can easily be made to accommodate special diets beyond gluten / corn / dairy free. I honestly wasn't going to buy even one more cookbook, and held off buying this one. I'm so glad I did, as it meets my dietary needs and opened up a new realm of possibilities.

Your Health is Important, and Jennifer teaches you just HOW to do that!
I have purchased 3 of these books for friends and family. I am really loving all the ideas, and suggestions to help heal my body. All of my friends are happy to have the books ( my daughter loves it too!)The book came quickly and was delivered so easily to my friends and family!

LOVE LOVE LOVE
Waited so long to get this book and it has been worth the wait. Not only are the recipes amazing but most are quick and family friendly - unlike so many books that I've bought and have ended up just not having the time for the 2 hour prep required.Coeliac daughter is happy, I'm happy I can provide her with fabulous food, non-coeliac husband and children are happy: win/win/win.

Beautiful Cookbook
I have no issues with gluten. But was more interested in the style of the cookbook and recipes. I was not disappointed. It's a gorgeous book to enjoy. Have made a few recipes truly unique ideas, easy to prepare and delicious. Definitely recommend.
